You need rest.

"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still."

- Exodus 14:14

Let God fight your battles, it's worth it. Do not carry a burden, the world's, friends, family, even partners. Do not carry guilt or burdens of others. Empathy is great, but there's a fine line between selfish and self love. A fine line between empathy and guilt. And a fine line between self respect and diminishing yourself for others. Please, take time to rest and pray to God to do the work. In Jesus name, Amen.

... Read moreTaking time to rest is essential for both mental and spiritual well-being. When life feels overwhelming, it's vital to hold onto faith and understand that it's okay to step back. Many people struggle with the burden of responsibility, often letting guilt or the weight of others' expectations inhibit their peace. Embracing self-care doesn't mean abandoning our loved ones; instead, it enhances our capacity to care for them. In challenging times, prayer becomes a powerful tool that reaffirms our trust in God's plan. By leaning on faith, we can navigate our struggles with grace and strength, recognizing that every battle does not need to be fought alone. Resources like devotional literature, supportive communities, and guided prayers can help in cultivating a deeper connection with God, fostering resilience. Whether it's through meditation, engaging in uplifting conversations, or attending prayer groups, find practices that allow you to recharge. Remember, it's not just about rest; it's about rejuvenation and aligning ourselves back to our purpose. Allow God to guide you and witness how peace transcends your life's battles.
