You need rest.

"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still."

- Exodus 14:14

Let God fight your battles, it's worth it. Do not carry a burden, the world's, friends, family, even partners. Do not carry guilt or burdens of others. Empathy is great, but there's a fine line between selfish and self love. A fine line between empathy and guilt. And a fine line between self respect and diminishing yourself for others. Please, take time to rest and pray to God to do the work. In Jesus name, Amen.
