Your favorite unemployed friend in a Tuesday
Life is short, and it’s up to us to make the most of it. When I look back, it’s incredible to see how much has changed—not just in my surroundings, but within me.
Starting this journey around the world in Grenada feels like a new chapter, but the truth is, every step I’ve taken has been part of a larger transformation. I decided to take control of my life, to move with intention, and it’s made all the difference.
Now, I’m here, fully present, spending time with the people who matter most and focusing on my own growth and healing. It’s not just about being in beautiful places—though that’s certainly a bonus—but about realizing that life is ours to shape.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that we have the power to create the life we want. I’m living proof that when you take the reins, amazing things start to happen. This is only the beginning, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me.

So many of you have asked about my journey, and what it’s really like to embrace this intentional, world-traveling life, especially after seeing my Grenada posts! It’s true, life here is a dream, but it's also a conscious choice I made. Waking up to the sound of waves instead of an alarm clock on a random Tuesday, then heading out for a serene yoga session by the beach – it’s not just a 'POV moment,' it's my daily reality now. This transformation didn't happen overnight, but Grenada has truly been the perfect backdrop for it. What makes Grenada so special for someone like me, focusing on healing and growth? Beyond the obvious stunning beaches and lush landscapes, there's a peaceful rhythm here that really allows you to tune into yourself. I've discovered hidden coves perfect for meditation, vibrant local markets where I can gather fresh ingredients for healthy meals, and incredibly friendly faces that make this island feel like home. It’s not just a vacation; it’s a living experiment in mindful existence. I often spend my afternoons exploring, perhaps hiking to one of the island's many waterfalls or simply sitting by the turquoise water, journaling about my experiences and observations. One of the biggest shifts for me has been embracing the freedom to design my days. Instead of a rigid schedule, I now prioritize what truly nourishes my soul. Many of you saw the 'yoga in Grenada on a random Tuesday' shot – that's a cornerstone of my routine. Starting the day with movement and breath, overlooking the Caribbean Sea, sets the tone for everything. It grounds me and reminds me of the incredible privilege I have to live this way. Then, I might dedicate a few hours to creative projects or learning something new, followed by connecting with local culture. It’s a beautiful balance of introspection and engagement. If you're dreaming of a similar path, remember it starts with intention. It's about asking yourself what truly makes you feel alive and then bravely pursuing it. Even if you can't jet off to Grenada tomorrow, you can begin by incorporating more intentional moments into your daily life. What small changes can you make to prioritize your well-being? What passions have you put on hold? This journey has taught me that we absolutely have the power to create the life we envision, one mindful choice at a time. It's a continuous process of learning, growing, and falling in love with the life you're building, wherever you are in the world. And believe me, seeing the world from this perspective? It’s truly priceless.
