เวลาที่ผมไปเที่ยวพัทยา แน่นอนว่าอาหารทะเลสดคือหนึ่งในสิ่งที่ไม่ควรพลาด และครัวปัญญาที่จอมเทียนคือร้านโปรดที่ผมมักจะแวะไปเสมอ บรรยากาศร้านดูอบอุ่น เป็นกันเอง เหมาะกับการมาทานกับครอบครัวหรือเพื่อน เมนูหมึกผัดไข่เค็มของที่นี่ทำให้ผมประทับใจมาก เพราะซอสไข่เค็มไม่เหลวจนเกินไป ทำให้ได้สัมผัสรสไข่เค็มแบบเต็มคำที่เข้ากับเนื้อหมึกสดเด้งอย่างลงตัว แตกต่างจากร้านอื่นที่บางครั้งมีแต่ไข่ขาวเจือจาง ช่วยเพิ่มความนัวได้อย่างดีจริงๆ อีกจานที่แนะนำหนักมากคือยำปูม้าดองซึ่งมีความจัดจ้านของน้ำยำสไตล์ไทยแท้ รสชาติเปรี้ยวหวานเผ็ดลงตัวพร้อมกับเนื้อปูม้าสดใหม่ที่กรุบกรอบ ผมกินตั้งแต่ที่ร้านจนหมดไม่เหลือ เพราะถ้าห่อกลับบ้านบางทีกลิ่นเครื่องเทศโดยเฉพาะกลิ่นกระเทียมจะแรงขึ้น ซึ่งอาจจะไม่เหมาะสำหรับทุกคน ผมคิดว่าราคาที่นี่ถือว่าเหมาะสมกับคุณภาพวัตถุดิบและความสดใหม่ ใครที่รักอาหารทะเลและอยากลองรสชาติแปลกใหม่ ผมแนะนำครัวปัญญาเป็นอย่างยิ่งครับ และยิ่งถ้าได้ไปช่วงบรรยากาศเย็นๆ ริมทะเลจอมเทียนด้วยแล้ว จะยิ่งทำให้มื้ออาหารนั้นน่าจดจำมากขึ้น ถ้าใครเคยไปลองร้านนี้แล้ว ช่วยแชร์เมนูโปรดหรือประสบการณ์ดีๆ กันนะครับ รออ่านคอมเมนต์อยู่ครับ!
