การเที่ยวหลวงพระบางไม่ได้มีดีแค่บรรยากาศสวยงามและวัฒนธรรมที่น่าตื่นตาเท่านั้น แต่ยังรวมถึงอาหารและเครื่องดื่มที่เป็นเสน่ห์อีกอย่างที่ใครมาแล้วต้องลองทั้งนั้น ด้วยความที่เป็นเมืองที่เต็มไปด้วยร้านอาหารท้องถิ่นและสไตล์ฟิวชัน ผมจึงอยากมาเล่าประสบการณ์ตรงในการลิ้มลองร้านต่าง ๆ ที่ได้รับการแนะนำในแพลนนี้ เริ่มต้นที่ร้านประชานิยม (Pasaniyom Traditional Café) ร้านกาแฟและข้าวเปียกเส้นที่เปิดเช้ามาก ตั้งแต่ตี 4 เหมาะกับคนที่อยากตื่นเช้าเพื่อสัมผัสบรรยากาศเมืองยามเช้าและบอกเลยว่าข้าวเปียกเส้นรสชาติกลมกล่อมมาก ให้ความรู้สึกอบอุ่น เรียกพลังได้ดีเลย ผ่านมาแล้วแนะนำส้มตำเอื้อยเดือน ส้มตำที่มีปริมาณเยอะ รสจัดจ้านตามแบบฉบับอาหารลาวและอีสานแท้ ๆ รสชาติปลาร้าหนาแน่น น้ำปูข้น แถมยังมีไก่ย่างและแหนมย่างที่เสริมรสได้อย่างลงตัว เป็นร้านที่เหมาะกับคนชอบอาหารเผ็ดร้อนและอยากลิ้มลองความแซ่บพร้อมรสชาติแบบท้องถิ่น ร้านข้าวปุ้นแจ่วขิงซ่อนตัวในซอยเล็ก ๆ ที่แทบจะต้องโทรติดต่อก่อนเดินทางเนื่องจากเข้ายาก แต่ความอร่อยถือว่าสุดยอดโดยเฉพาะเมนูปิ้งย่าง สดใหม่ คุณภาพดี คนรักอาหารดั้งเดิมจะต้องชื่นชอบ Jungala Lounge Bar เป็นร้านที่เหมาะกับช่วงช่วงบ่ายถึงเย็น ที่มีพิซซ่าเตาฟืนแป้งบางกรอบซึ่งเป็นเอกลักษณ์ แถมบรรยากาศริมแม่น้ำคาน ทำให้นั่งพักผ่อนพร้อมชมพระอาทิตย์ตกได้อย่างสวยงามและชิลมาก มาเติมหวานกับ Gelato Del Lao ไอศครีมเจลาโตโฮมเมดสไตล์อิตาเลียนที่มีรสท้องถิ่นอย่างมะพร้าว เผือก หรือเสาวรส เสริมด้วยกาแฟและขนมเล็ก ๆ บรรยากาศร้านน่านั่งมาก เหมาะกับการพักเติมหวานหลังจากตระเวนกินอาหารคาว แวะ Zurich Bread Factory & Cafe สำหรับคนรักขนมอบ ครัวซองต์และขนมปังโฮมเมดต้องไม่พลาด มีเมนูอาหารเช้าและพิซซ่าให้ลิ้มลองที่สดใหม่ทุกวัน ร้านตำแรดนำไชเป็นร้านที่โดดเด่นในเรื่องจานใหญ่และหลากหลายเมนูตำและยำ รสชาติจัดจ้าน และยังมีที่จอดรถสะดวก เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีสำหรับการกินเป็นกลุ่มใหญ่ ร้านปาโก๋ข้างทาง สำหรับสายของหวานที่อยากลองขนมปลาทอดชุปน้ำตาลไอซิ่ง รสชาติเข้มข้นและรู้สึกได้ถึงความกรอบนอกนุ่มในที่ทำสดใหม่ทุกวัน และสุดท้ายร้านกะบับชีทที่มีซอสเข้มข้น นมเย็นและชีสแบบจัดเต็ม อร่อยมาก ๆ เหมาะเป็นของกินเล่นหรือซื้อกลับไปอุ่นในหม้อทอดอากาศเย็นๆ ถือเป็นไฮไลต์ที่ต้องลองเมื่อมาเยือนหลวงพระบาง ประสบการณ์การกินอาหารในหลวงพระบางครั้งนี้ทำให้ผมได้เรียนรู้ถึงความหลากหลายของรสชาติและวัฒนธรรมผ่านแต่ละเมนูอาหารที่แตกต่างกันไป แต่ทุกอย่างเชื่อมโยงอย่างลงตัวผ่านการใช้วัตถุดิบสดใหม่และความตั้งใจจริงของเจ้าของร้านที่อยากแบ่งปันความอร่อย แม้จะเป็นทริปที่กินตั้งแต่เช้ายันค่ำ แต่ก็เต็มไปด้วยความสุขและความทรงจำที่มีค่า แนะนำว่าถ้าจะไปกิน 9 ร้านนี้ใน 1 วัน ควรวางแผนเวลากับพาหนะให้ดี เพราะบางร้านซ่อนตัวในซอยเล็ก ๆ และเปิดปิดตามเวลาที่แน่นอน ควรโทรสอบถามก่อนเดินทางเพื่อให้ได้สัมผัสทุกเมนูเด็ดอย่างเต็มที่ครับ
