US Recruiter
So for my new recruiting roles these roles are for local non remote or hybrid roles. I do have access to AI remote roles but those are temporary not long term. Maybe some remote I'll have to go through it.
It will be us only. You'll get that deets. Thinking about creating a separate community (not sure if it will be on here or another platform) just for this. As Ill be looking for ppl with serious experiences & resumes for these roles.
Their 5 to 6 figures. Unfortunately not all roles will be remote fyi. My hubby does a 6 figure role he has to come in person. Some allow remote some allow hybrid some will not allow it.
If ppl want a role to being unemployed this is something to think about.
From my experience recruiting for US-based roles, the market is quite dynamic right now, especially with varying options between local, hybrid, and remote positions. While remote jobs are popular, many high-paying roles, particularly in the 5 to 6 figure range, often require in-person attendance or hybrid arrangements. If you’re actively seeking a new opportunity or are currently unemployed, it’s important to consider the balance between job security, compensation, and work location preferences. Many employers are still emphasizing the value of on-site presence for team collaboration and company culture, which can influence eligibility for remote work. I’ve found that candidates with strong resumes and substantial experience tend to secure these lucrative roles faster. It may also help to connect with communities or groups focused on these specific types of roles—whether on Lemon8 or other platforms—to exchange insights and get timely updates on openings. Additionally, temporary AI-related remote positions are available but often come with limitations in terms of contract length and growth prospect. So, if you’re looking for a stable long-term role, focusing on local or hybrid positions could be more beneficial. Overall, navigating the US recruitment scene means staying adaptable and tailoring your job search according to your career goals and lifestyle needs. Taking advantage of recruiter networks and industry forums can significantly increase your chances of landing a role that not only pays well but also fits your preferred work setup.
