Grilled Beef Tomato 🍅 bowl with Dressing

Ingredients:

1 ½ pounds beef flank steak

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced

1 cup fresh basil leaves

Balsamic Dressing:

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Prepare the steak: Pat the beef flank steak dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil over the steak, then season with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Make the balsamic dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.

Preheat the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C). Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
