Best Keratosis Pilaris Skin Routine

If you’re suffering from Keratosis Pilaris (KP) then I have an amazing regimen. I suffered with KP for the past 20 years after thousands of dollars wasted on derm fees and prescription drugs, I finally have an effective regimen to help achieve soft, smooth legs….actually soft body.

🌚Nightly Regimen: Chemical Exfoliant Wash -Naturium’s Glycolic Wash(2x weekly) or Gyltone’s KP Wash and alternate with Naturium’s Salicylic Wash

📝I rinse my whole body, apply the wash of choice and let it set for 3-5 minutes. Alternate the use of the washes and use every other night (2-3x a week each)z

💧Moisturizer- Dermal Therapy Alpha Hydroxy Lotion with Urea when washing with Salicylic Acid wash and Glytone when washing with Glycolic Acid wash.

📝I currently use the Dermal Therapy lotion 2-3x a weekly and the Glytone 2-3x a week. On other nights I apply coconut oil.

🌞Morning Regimen- Regular non-scented wash Moisturize with oil blend.

✨Skin stays soft and hydrated all day.

This is the perfect KP / strawberry leg regimen. I’ve been consistent with my this regimen for the past 10 months and my skin looooves it! My entire body is smooth. Still working on three hyperpigmentation but it has lightened quite a bit, eager to see results after the fall/winter seasons.

... Read moreKeratosis Pilaris (KP) is a common skin condition that creates patches of small, rough bumps, often appearing on the outer arms, thighs, and cheeks. It's associated with a buildup of keratin that clogs hair follicles. To effectively manage KP, a consistent skincare regimen is crucial. Begin with a chemical exfoliant to promote cell turnover. Products containing Glycolic and Salicylic Acid, like Naturium’s Glycolic Wash or Dermal Therapy’s lotions, are particularly beneficial. They help resurface and hydrate the skin, improving overall texture and reducing the appearance of bumps. Moisturizing is equally important; look for lotions with Urea, which can significantly hydrate and exfoliate the skin. Incorporating natural oils, such as coconut oil, can also enhance moisture levels. If you're dealing with hyperpigmentation, consider adding a Vitamin C serum to your morning routine to brighten the skin and even out tone. For the best results, remain consistent with your regimen and pay attention to how your skin reacts to different products. Seasonal changes can influence your skin's needs, so adjust your routine accordingly. In addition, consider consulting a dermatologist for personalized advice, especially if over-the-counter treatments don't yield the desired results.

I bought and tried that Dermal Therapy. It’s amazing product. I have the high potency lotion and hand, elbow, and knee cream. Thanks for the recommendation.
