5 minutes to combat brain fog and heavy head

This 8-step TCM routine helps combat brain fog, heavy head, and fatigue — leaving your mind clear and refreshed.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it’s called “Opening the Sky Gate.”

The idea is to awaken key pressure areas and boost blood flow to your head, helping your energy rise and your focus return.

Do this routine each morning — each move 30 times, total about 5 minutes.

You’ll feel instantly more awake, and notice better focus over time.

Here are the steps:

1️⃣ Tap the top of your head (Baihui / GV20)

2️⃣ Comb your scalp with your fingers

3️⃣ Push up along the middle of your forehead

4️⃣ Glide along your hairline

5️⃣ Smooth your eyebrows

6️⃣ Tap between your eyebrows

7️⃣ Rub the back of your neck (Fengchi / GB20)

8️⃣ Pat your shoulders
