🇮🇹 Italy Trip Day 8 - Rome ✨

Today is the last day of the trip. The plan is very tight! But luckily, the sky is open, sunny, cold weather 🌤️... it's not raining anymore. 🥹

🚇 Start early in the day. Avoid people! Get up from 06: 30 and take the Metro to go down to Spagna Station.

👉 meant to come early to avoid people, but... there are still people, 😆 but not very certain, still taking pictures, and of course... we threw a coin. 💛✨

🚶‍♀️ Walk long lines, we walk to collect landmarks:

🏛️ Pantheon.

🎭 Piazza Navona.

🛍️ Campo de "Fiori (There's a lot of markets + souvenirs)

☕. Take a break, walk and start to get tired, so stop by the restaurant to eat.

👉 Bread + Cappuccino ☕ (usually don't eat coffee, but the shop doesn't have chocolate 😅) and the other reason is... we wait for AS Roma Fan Shop to open ⚽ see the deposit ball shirt 😆

🏛️ Walk to collect the landmark!

- Monumento a Vittorio Emanuele II

- Foro Romano (It rained yesterday, so collect today instead)

Collect all the points, walk back to the hotel, but before going back to stop to eat 🍦 Gelato, a store near the hotel.

👉 Gelateria Fassi.

✔️ Gelato variety.

✔️. Very good price. Cheaper than a famous store. Love. 💛

😴 Rest before wading. Vatican collected force before the big evening round.

🏛️ Vatican Museums (Final Highlights)

⏰ Around 5: 30 p.m.

🚇 Take the Metro down Ottaviano.

👉 lot of people. The line is super long, but good luck! When we got there, the officers were queuing around us, we were right at the head of the line. 😆

✨ Inside is wow. Very full.

Paintings, sculptures, world-class artworks

👉 But confess, 😅 we didn't stop looking point by point for a long time.

Keep following the path.

⏱️ It takes about an hour.

✔️, but it's "worth it" to see with your eyes.

🚇 Take Metro back to the hotel. Prepare to pack your bags.

There was a slight change of plans! From the original flight back from Rome-BKK, but the war that happened before we traveled, we had to change the ✈️ plan, cancel tickets, and buy a new one (we bought in advance from the first week of the war).

👉 have to ride the train back to Milan for 4 hours! Get up early again (this trip has a lot to enjoy)
