ในยุคปี 2025 นี้ เราได้เห็นสังคมและวิถีชีวิตที่เปลี่ยนไปอย่างชัดเจน สภาพแวดล้อมโดยรอบสะท้อนถึงความล้ำสมัยและปัญหาใหม่ที่เกิดขึ้นพร้อมกัน เช่น การนั่งกินข้าวที่ร้านอาหารแต่ทุกคนจ้องหน้าจอโทรศัพท์มากกว่าจะสนทนากับกันเอง สะท้อนพฤติกรรมที่เทคโนโลยีเข้ามาครอบงำและเปลี่ยนรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล เรื่องของการสอนหาคู่ต่างชาติเพื่อให้ได้ฐานะดีขึ้น หรือการขายคอร์สต่างๆ สำหรับมัดใจคู่รัก ปรากฏขึ้นเยอะมากจนกลายเป็นค่านิยมใหม่ เป็นสัญญาณหนึ่งของสังคมที่ผู้คนเริ่มมองหาวิธีลัดเพื่อความสำเร็จและความมั่นคงทางการเงินโดยไม่หวั่นเกรงถึงความจริงใจอย่างแท้จริง การออกกำลังกายในยิมที่เน้นการถ่ายคลิป หรือถ่ายรูปเพื่อสร้างตัวตนบนโลกออนไลน์ก็เป็นอีกเทรนด์ที่กำลังมาแรงมาก ทั้งนี้ยังสะท้อนให้เห็นว่าวิถีชีวิตออนไลน์กลายเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของชีวิตประจำวันอย่างลึกซึ้ง และทำให้คนหันมาให้ความสำคัญกับภาพลักษณ์และการยอมรับบนโลกโซเชียลมากขึ้น สำหรับครอบครัวยุคใหม่ การเรียนและกิจกรรมของลูกกลายเป็นเครื่องประดับโชว์บนโซเชียล แม้ลูกจะไม่ได้ชอบหรือสนใจจริงก็ตาม ทำให้เกิดความตึงเครียดในครอบครัวและส่งผลต่อจิตใจเด็ก นอกจากนี้ การนัดเจอเพื่อนเก่า หรือรวมตัวรำลึกถึงอดีตก็กลายเป็นเวทีสำหรับแสดงความยิ่งใหญ่ทางสถานะและอำนาจซึ่งกันและกัน แทนที่จะเป็นช่วงเวลาที่อบอุ่นและจริงใจ ในแง่ของความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพ่อแม่ลูก เรายังเห็นว่าลูกอาจไม่ค่อยได้อยู่ใกล้ชิดพ่อแม่ในชีวิตประจำวัน แต่กลับใส่ใจแสดงออกในโอกาสพิเศษผ่านโซเชียลมีเดียมากกว่า ซึ่งเป็นภาพที่บอกถึงช่องว่างทางความสัมพันธ์และวิธีการแสดงความรักที่เปลี่ยนไป อีกทั้งในยุคที่ข้อมูลข่าวสารล้นหลามแบบนี้ การแยกแยะข้อมูลจริงหรือปลอมโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในด้านสุขภาพกลายเป็นเรื่องยาก เพราะเรามีหมอและกูรูหลายคนออกมาให้คำแนะนำที่แตกต่างกัน จนเกิดความงุนงงและไม่รู้จะเชื่อใครดี ซึ่งเป็นปัญหาที่จำเป็นต้องมีการวิเคราะห์และกรองข้อมูลอย่างรอบคอบ จากทั้งหมดนี้ เห็นได้ชัดว่าสังคมในปี 2025 ถูกขับเคลื่อนด้วยเทคโนโลยีและโซเชียลมีเดียซึ่งส่งผลทั้งบวกและลบต่อความสัมพันธ์และวิถีชีวิตของคนเรา การเข้าใจและลงมือปรับตัวเพื่อรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่แท้จริงในโลกที่เปลี่ยนแปลงรวดเร็วนี้ จึงเป็นโจทย์สำคัญที่ทุกคนควรมาร่วมคิดและแชร์ประสบการณ์ เพื่อให้ชีวิตในยุคดิจิทัลนี้มีความสมดุลและสุขสันต์มากขึ้น สุดท้าย สังคมที่เปลี่ยนไปในยุค 45+ ที่หลายคนเห็นร่วมกัน เป็นสัญญาณเตือนว่าควรหันกลับมามองและใส่ใจปัจจัยรอบตัวและคนรอบข้างให้ลึกซึ้งกว่าเดิม เพื่อตอบคำถามว่าในยุคที่ข้อมูลและเทคโนโลยีล้นหลาม เราจะอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างไรให้ไม่สูญเสียหัวใจและความเป็นมนุษย์จริงๆ
