「大阪のホテルでアフタヌーンティーしたい」「コンラッド大阪40階の景色って実際どう？」「デイユース感覚でゆっくりできる？」と思っている人向けに、私が行く前に気になっていたポイントをまとめます。 まず景色。40階・地上200mは本当に別世界で、窓側席だと“天空のアフタヌーンティー”感が強め。昼は中之島の街並みがスッキリ見えて、夕方〜夜は光が増えて雰囲気がガラッと変わるので、同じ料金でも時間帯で満足度が変わります。私は夕方寄りの時間にして、明るい景色→夜景の変化を楽しみました。 次に「遅い時間でもOK？」問題。11:00〜20:00（LO18:00）なので、平日の仕事終わりでも現実的なのが嬉しいところ。LOが18:00なので、遅めに行く場合は“到着は17時台まで”を目安にしておくと安心です。予約時に時間を決めるスタイルのことが多いので、希望の時間があるなら早めに押さえるのがおすすめ。 「デイユースで使える？」という検索も多いですが、アフタヌーンティー利用は“ホテルを日帰りで贅沢に過ごす”という意味ではかなりデイユースっぽい満足感があります。客室利用のデイユースとは別物だけど、ラウンジで景色とお茶をゆっくり楽しむだけで、半日旅行みたいな気分になれました。 内容面では、スイーツだけじゃなくセイボリーがしっかりしているのがポイント。甘いものが続くと飽きがちな人でも、塩味の合間があると最後まで食べやすいです。キャビアを使った上質な一品があると、ホテルアフタヌーンティー感が一気に上がります。 ドリンクはTWGのフリーフローが強い。コンラッド限定の茶葉があると聞いてワクワクして行きましたが、ここでしか味わえない系はやっぱり頼みたくなります。お腹に余裕があれば、食べる順番は「セイボリー→スコーン→スイーツ」を意識すると、甘さ疲れしにくかったです。 最後に小技。ドット柄の小物で1杯サービスがあるので、ヘアアクセやハンカチなど“さりげないポルカドット”を持っていくと楽しいです。写真にも統一感が出るし、特別なひととき感も増えました。行く前は公式情報で最新の提供内容・料金を確認して、当日は景色が映える窓側希望も一言添えると満足度が上がります。
