私が行った「チルテラス（Chill Terrace）」は、“三宮でおしゃれにゆっくりできる場所ないかな？”って探している人にかなり刺さると思いました。カフェって軽食中心のところも多いけど、ここは併設のイタリアンのメニューを頼めるので、ディナーとしても満足度高め。しかも雰囲気が隠れ家っぽくて、女子会にもデートにも使いやすいです。 ■席の雰囲気（写真でよく見るポイント） SNSの「chillterrace 写真」でよく出てくるのが、広々したソファ席。実際に座ると体を預けられて、長居しやすい空気感でした。UNOやオセロみたいなゲームも置いてあって、“2軒目で会話が途切れたらどうしよう…”みたいな時にも助かるやつ。 ■予約は必要？（chill terrace 神戸 予約） 体感としては、週末や祝前日の夜は予約しておくのが安心です。混雑時は2時間制になる可能性があるので、「今日は絶対にソファでまったりしたい」って日は特に予約推奨。逆に平日早めの時間帯は、比較的入りやすい印象でした。 ■値段どのくらい？（料金感の目安） がっつり食事なら、メイン＋ドリンクでそれなりにいく想定が安心。私は“ちゃんとディナー”として使っても満足感があったので、コスパ面でも納得でした。併設のイタリアンには食べ放題プラン（27種/32種/44種）もあるみたいで、「今日はいっぱい食べたい！」の日は先にレストラン→そのままチルテラスで夜カフェ、の流れが楽。 ■おすすめの使い方：女子会／三宮ディナーおしゃれ／夜カフェ ・女子会：ソファ席でゆっくり話せる＋シェアしやすいメニューが多そう ・デート：2軒目利用にちょうどいい。落ち着いて話せるのが良かった ・夜カフェ：遅い時間まで開いてる日もあるので、食後のまったりに◎ ■注意点（行く前に知っておくと安心） ・20歳未満は入店不可 ・1人1ドリンクオーダー必須 ・全席喫煙可なので、匂いが苦手な人はここだけ注意（服に香りがつきやすいかも） 三宮で「隠れ家イタリアン」「おしゃれディナー」「チルできるカフェ」をまとめて叶えたいなら、チルテラスはかなり便利。次は空いてる時間を狙って、ソファ席で長めにまったりしてみたいです。
