検索してから行く人が多いと思うので、私が実際に行く前に知りたかったポイントを補足します。 まず「THE C’s SKY DINING（カンデオホテルズ大阪ザ・タワー 17F）」は、とにかく“夜景が見えるレストラン 大阪”を探している人に刺さるタイプ。窓が大きくて視界が抜けているので、御堂筋〜中之島方面の景色を広く見渡せました。梅田エリアで夜景ディナーって、予約が取りづらかったりガヤガヤしていたりもしますが、ここは座席間隔もゆったりで落ち着いた印象でした。 「the c’s sky dining メニュー」が気になる方へ。ビュッフェは“何が強いか”を先に決めておくと満足度が上がります。私は①焼きたてピザ（厚めで食べ応えあり）②季節の生パスタ③肉厚ローストビーフ④ジェラート12種、の4つを軸に回りました。サラダバーも種類が多いので、最初に軽く野菜を取ってからメインを攻めると胃のペース配分がしやすかったです。 ドリンク面も事前確認推奨。通常の飲み放題でも十分ですが、お酒をしっかり楽しみたいならプレミアムドリンクの追加が選択肢になります。赤白ワインが複数あって、デザートワインまであるのは“ホテルビュッフェ”っぽい贅沢さ。春限定のカクテル・モクテルみたいに季節メニューもあるので、誕生日や記念日ディナーだと写真映えも狙えます。 「大阪梅田 誕生日 ディナー」で探している人向けのコツは、予約時に“窓側希望”を一言添えること。窓側にはペアシートもあるので、デート感が一気に上がります（確約可否は混雑状況次第）。時間帯は、夜景目的なら日没前〜暗くなるまでの変化を楽しめる枠が個人的に良かったです。 アクセスは淀屋橋から徒歩6分、東梅田から徒歩10分で、梅田から徒歩圏内なのに静かめなのが嬉しいところ。逆に注意点は、ビュッフェなので「絶対これを食べたい」人は早めのスタートが安心なこと。ピザやパスタは焼き上がり・提供タイミングで波があるので、最初に全体を一周して目星を付けておくと取り逃しが減りました。 最後に、梅田のイタリアンおすすめを探している人へ。ここは“料理の幅×夜景×ゆっくり過ごせる”のバランスが良いので、普段のデートにも特別な日にも使いやすいと思います。行く前に公式HPで季節ビュッフェの期間と料金だけは最新情報をチェックしておくのが安心です。
