Amanohashidate View Land (Winter)
Amanohashidate View Land is an amusement park with an observation deck where you can overlook Amanohashidate, one of the three most scenic spots in Japan, from the south. The view from here is called Hiryukan because it looks like a dragon soaring up to the sky when you look into the crotch.

Opening Hours: Varies according to the season. Current opening hours are from 9: 00 am to 4: 30 pm.
Access: About a 5-minute walk from Amanohashidate Station on the Kyoto Tango Railway, you will arrive at the monorail or lift platform. The summit can be reached by lift or monorail.
Entrance fee: Please check the official website or on site. Discount ticket information is also available.
Parking: There are several paid parking lots in the vicinity.
Facilities and Attractions
Observatory: This is a scenic spot where you can see the whole of Amanohashidate, and there are several crotch peeks.
Attractions: On the top of the mountain, there are Ferris wheels, cycle cars, archery, etc. that can be enjoyed by everyone from small children to the elderly.
Seasonal Hana: In the park, various Hana flowers bloom every season, and you can enjoy cherry blossoms in spring and wisteria and azaleas from April to May.
Restaurants and shops: There are restaurants and cafes where you can eat and rest, and you can also buy souvenirs.
Amanohashidate View Land is popular with many tourists such as families and couples because it not only enjoys the scenery but also serves as an amusement park.

冬の天橋立ビューランドは冬季ならではの魅力がありますが、寒さ対策は必須です。特にリフト乗車時は風が強く、体感温度がかなり低く感じられました。防寒着の準備や手袋、帽子は忘れずに持参しましょう。 また、冬の雪景色は昼間はもちろん夕暮れ時も幻想的で、一度訪れる価値があります。私が訪れた日は雪が舞い、飛龍観の眺めに一段と風情が加わっていました。写真撮影にも最適です。 園内のアトラクションは小規模ですが、家族連れやカップルでのんびり楽しめる内容です。観覧車からの眺めも雄大で、特に冬の澄んだ空気の中では視界がクリアに広がります。 また、園内にはレストランと売店があり、温かい飲み物や地元の名物を楽しめるため、寒い日に休憩するのにぴったりです。帰りのリフトは絶景ですが、寒さが厳しいので短時間での乗車がおすすめです。 最後に、冬の天橋立ビューランド訪問では防寒対策をしっかりしつつ、冬ならではの美しい雪景色を満喫してください。寒さに負けず絶景を楽しむ経験は、とても特別なものになるでしょう。
