Taga Taisha
Taga Taisha Shrine is located in Taga-cho, Inukami-gun, Shiga Prefecture. It is the first Taisha Shrine in Shiga Prefecture, which has long been known as "Otagasan." It is believed to enshrine Izanagi no Okami and Izanami no Okami, which are described in Japan's oldest book "Kojiki," as enshrined deities.

About a 10-minute walk from Tagataisha-mae Station on the Omi Railway Taga Line.

About 10 minutes by car from Meishin Expressway "Hikone IC."
The parking lot can accommodate 300 ordinary cars, and there is also a charge (500 yen).

Enshrined deities: Izanagi Okami and Izanami Okami, the couple gods who gave birth to many deities including Japanese land and Amaterasu Okami, are enshrined.
Longevity and matchmaking: Because it is the parent god of life, it has been worshiped as a spirit god of longevity and matchmaking since ancient times.
Auspicious Item: "Rice scoop" derived from a historical event in which Emperor Gensho's illness was cured is known as an auspicious item.
Architecture and Garden: The worship hall with transepts and the beautiful garden and stone bridge are also highlights.
The estimated length of stay is about 30 to 60 minutes, but you can enjoy it even more if you combine it with a stroll on the emotional Omotesando Ema Street.

多賀大社は縁結びに特にご利益があるとされ、多くの参拝者が恋愛成就を願って訪れます。私も実際に絵馬に願いを書いて奉納しましたが、温かみのある雰囲気と神聖な空気に癒され、心からリラックスできました。 また、多賀大社の特徴である「しゃもじ」の絵馬は、元正天皇の病気平癒の逸話に由来し、縁起物として珍重されています。御祭神の伊邪那岐大神と伊邪那美大神は日本神話に登場する夫婦神で、良縁を望む人に特に力を貸してくれると言われています。 境内の美しい庭園や歴史ある拝殿もゆっくり見て回る価値があります。散策途中には「糸切餅」のお店もあり、ほっと一息つけるスポット。多賀大社全体に漂う落ち着いた雰囲気のおかげで、参拝の前後に観光も楽しめました。 アクセスも駅から徒歩圏内で行きやすく、駐車場の完備で車利用も便利。季節ごとの行事や冬のお出かけにも最適な場所です。私の個人的な感想ですが、初めて訪れる方にもおすすめできるパワースポットでした。縁結びだけでなく長寿や厄除けも期待できるので、ぜひ良いご縁とともに健康運も祈願してみてください。
