Walk to evolve the character game pedometer
The ultimate goal is to evolve the character to an angel within the set number of days and let it travel
You can choose from 30, 60, 90 or 120 days.
Quota can be selected from 3000 to 10000 (automatic setting is also available)
As you complete the quota, the 💎 gems and lives (♥ hearts) increase and the character evolves. What evolves is determined by the number of gems and lives.
If the quota is not reached, the gem and life will decrease and degenerate
When unaccomplished continues for days and life becomes 0, the character writes down and runs away from home
(Running away from home → GAMEOVER from the beginning)
If the quota setting is automatic, if you walk more than 1000 steps for two days in a row, the quota will increase by 1000, and if you walk less than the quota (regardless of the number of steps) for two days, the quota will decrease by 1000 steps.

てくてくエンジェルの魅力は、ただ歩数を稼ぐだけでなく、キャラクターの進化を楽しみながら健康的な生活習慣を作れるところにあります。私は毎日ノルマ設定を自動にして使っていますが、2日続けて余分に歩くことでノルマが徐々に上がるため、自然と歩数が増える仕組みが続けやすいと感じました。 また、ノルマを達成できない日が続くとキャラが退化したり、ライフが0で家出してしまうので、「キャラを見捨てたくない」という気持ちがモチベーション維持に繋がっています。自分の場合は無理のない3000〜4000歩から始めて、体調や予定に合わせて少しずつ増やす運用が続けやすいです。 3代目てくてくエンジェルPocketはDS版との連携やダイエット日記機能もあるので、ただ歩くだけでなく健康記録の一環としても活用可能。特に、ジェムとライフの数で進化の種類が決まるので、目標達成感とキャラ育成の達成感がダブルで味わえます。 天使への最終進化を目指して、毎日どこを歩くか工夫しながら、天気の良い公園や景色の良い場所を選ぶのも楽しみの一つ。私の場合は近所の公園で歩きながら写真を撮り、それを日記に残すことも日課になっています。これから始める方は、ノルマの増減を自動で調整できる設定にして、無理なく継続しやすいペースを探ることをおすすめします。
