It evolved, but it's still an anthopod.
With this number of gems, it's not strange to become a four-legged (beast-type)... I wonder if there are still other conditions

Two-legged (human) - > superior species
Four-legged (Kemono type) → Medium species
Apodactyl (gel-based) → subspecies...
You can't be an angel unless you're from a higher species.
