Life-Size came out when I was only 2 ½ years young.
I fell in love with the movie at about 4 or 5 years old.
I remember begging my parents for an “Eve Tyra Banks” doll. However, younger me was crushed because they could not find her anywhere. Eventually, they gifted me with a black barbie doll and thought I’d fail to notice the difference...and eventually, I did.
I simply adore this movie for many reasons, but specifically because of the diversity, fashion, and magical moments.
My favorite scene is the MALL scene of courseee!
Every outfit was fab.
Life-Size is a classic and should be streaming on Disney +
P.S. I love that a black woman was showcased as Barbie early on...I appreciate that we weren't overlooked this time!
