... Read moreHey beautiful souls! Following up on my thoughts about knowing your worth, I wanted to dive deeper into how we truly internalize that message and protect our peace. It's so easy to say 'you are the prize,' but putting it into practice, especially when facing tough relationships or self-doubt, can be a real journey. One thing I've realized on my path, guided by the wisdom I've gathered, is the importance of surrounding myself with people who truly uplift me. I’ve often heard the sentiment, 'I never removed anyone from my life,' and I get it. It can be incredibly hard to set boundaries, especially with people we care about. But sometimes, for our own spiritual and emotional well-being, we have to make tough choices. The image from my prayer, titled 'SECOND GUESSING VALUE PRAYER,' reminds me that sometimes, the most loving thing we can do for ourselves is to *remove people who cause self-doubt*. This isn't about being unkind; it's about protecting your sacred space and seeking secure relationships that nourish your soul. It's about recognizing that your value isn't dependent on someone else's acceptance or approval. It’s about building an inner fortress of self-love. Speaking of value, isn't it wonderful to feel genuinely appreciated? That feeling of 'thank you for valuing me' is something we all crave. But before others can consistently value us, we must first champion ourselves. I've found that daily affirmations and moments of quiet reflection, often through prayer, are incredibly powerful. It’s about cultivating an internal 'thank you' to yourself for simply existing, for your unique gifts, and for your journey. When you radiate that self-worth, you naturally attract people who see and honor it too. For those moments when self-doubt creeps in, or when you feel overwhelmed by external pressures, prayer can be a true miracle worker. Just as some seek specific intercessions like a 'St. Jude 3-day miracle prayer' for seemingly impossible situations, we can also channel that fervent belief into prayers for our own self-worth. It doesn't have to be a formal incantation; it can be a heartfelt conversation with the divine, asking for strength, clarity, and the unwavering belief in your own inherent goodness. My personal prayer often goes something like this: 'Dear God/Universe, help me see myself through your loving eyes. Guide me to recognize my innate worth and to release any doubts or insecurities that hold me back. Grant me the courage to set healthy boundaries and to foster secure relationships where I am truly valued. Thank you for the gift of life and for reminding me that I am always enough.' This kind of prayer, offered with sincerity, can bring about a profound shift in perspective. It's about asking for that 'FEEDHERWISDOM' to truly nourish your spirit and help you embrace your divine value. Remember, you are worthy of all good things, and prayer is a powerful tool to unlock that truth within yourself.
