Red lentil bread

I didn’t use red lentils, just regular ones. I added a tablespoone of vinegar and tablespoon of baking powder to the recipie. I put one egg and 2.5 cups of soaked lentils. Apparently, the lentils can sprout. I will try this next time. I also used quinoa in place of lentils It was tasty. #Lemon8Diary #lemon8diarychallenge
