Breakfast: Coffee ☕️ + Egg muffins (Egg🥚 + Tomato🍅 + Mushroom🍄 + Vegetables🥬 + Ham)

Lunch: Salad🥗 + Salmon🐟 + Oolong Tea🫖

Dinner: Salad🥗 + Yogurt Tuna🐟 + Cucumber🥒 + Egg🥚 + Tomato🍅

Water Intake: 1200ml💧

Today’s meals were a little lighter🙂

Even though my weight hasn’t changed much,

I’ll still continue doing my best💪🏻

Instead, I focus on sustainable meal choices and regular physical activity, knowing that every small step adds up toward my goal of 60kg. Importantly, I practice self-compassion and acknowledge that plateaus or minor fluctuations are natural parts of this journey. For others considering a similar transformation, I recommend keeping a detailed diary of your meals, water intake, and daily feelings. This personal record helps identify what works best for your body and keeps motivation high.
