If you want to come, you don't have to wait a long time to book before the mall opens. 😹
Personally 💖, I like it. It tastes good, fresh, clean. The atmosphere inside the jolly staff shop is another fun sushi.

(แนะนำตั้งปลุกไว้เลย) แล้วกดทันที โอกาสได้คิวต้นๆ จะสูงกว่าไปวอล์กอินตอนห้างเปิด - ถ้าเดินไปถึงหน้าร้านแล้วคิวเลยไปนิดหน่อย ส่วนมากยังพอแจ้งพนักงานได้ถ้าไม่เกินเวลาที่ระบบกำหนด (ของเรายังเข้าได้เพราะเลยไม่มาก) - ถ้ามาหลายคน แนะนำให้เผื่อเวลานิดนึง เพราะพอถึงคิวแล้วเข้าร้านจริงอาจต้องรอโต๊ะเคลียร์อีกนิด 2) บรรยากาศร้าน + วิธีสั่งให้คุ้ม ที่นี่เป็นซูชิสายพานและมีแท็บเล็ตให้สั่งเมนูด้วย เราว่าสนุกตรงที่เลือกได้ทั้งหยิบจากสายพานและกดสั่งเมนูเฉพาะ (เหมาะกับคนอยากลองของที่ไม่ได้วนบ่อย) พนักงานค่อนข้างคึกคัก ร้านดูสะอาด ทำให้ฟีลการกินสนุกขึ้นจริง 3) เมนูที่อยากให้ลอง (สำหรับมือใหม่ที่ไปครั้งแรก) - แซลมอน/แซลมอนโทโร่: ชิ้นใหญ่ เนื้อลายสวย กินแล้วรู้สึกสด มันกำลังดี - กุ้งหวานจัมโบ้: ตัวใหญ่พอดีคำ เนื้อหวาน แต่ส่วนหัวอาจมีกลิ่นนิดๆ ใครไม่ถนัดแนะนำเอาออก - ซูชิอกเป็ด: อันนี้เกินคาด นุ่ม ไม่คาว เป็นจานที่ทำให้เราว้าวสุด - ยำแซลมอนซีฟู้ด: แซ่บแบบไม่เผ็ดเกิน คลุกน้ำจิ้มซีฟู้ดแล้วตัดเลี่ยนดีมาก - โฮตาเตะ/หอยเชลล์ย่างซอส และซุปสาหร่าย: ถ้าอยากพักปากจากซูชิ ช่วยบาลานซ์ได้ดี 4) ข้อควรระวังเล็กๆ - วาซาบิที่นี่ “แรงมาก” จริง แตะนิดเดียวขึ้นจมูกเลย ใครไม่ชินให้ค่อยๆ ลอง - ช่วงพีกอาจรอนาน แม้จองคิวแล้วก็ตาม ถ้าไม่อยากเสียอารมณ์ แนะนำไปช่วงก่อนเที่ยงหรือวันธรรมดา 5) ราคาโดยประมาณจากที่เรากินจริง เรากินทั้งหมด 17 จาน รวม 1,111 บาท ถือว่าโอเคเมื่อเทียบกับคุณภาพและความสด (ให้ 9/10 หักเรื่องรอคิว) ใครตั้งงบไว้ ลองเริ่มจากเมนูซิกเนเจอร์อย่างแซลมอน กุ้งหวานจัมโบ้ และอกเป็ดก่อน แล้วค่อยไล่เมนูย่าง/เมนูพิเศษตามความชอบค่ะ พิกัด: The Promenade ชั้น 2 ใกล้ Mo Mo Paradise — ไปถึงแล้วเล็งหน้าร้านไว้ก่อน จะได้กะเวลาเดินมาทันคิวในแอปแบบเป๊ะๆ
