We got the 47th queue, walked to the front of the store, but the queue is still in the queue because it's not more than 10 minutes. You can call the queue with the staff and enter the store. If you want to come, you don't have to wait a long time to book before the mall opens. 😹
Personally 💖, I like it. It tastes good, fresh, clean. The atmosphere inside the jolly staff shop is another fun sushi.

ถ้าพูดถึงร้านซูชิสายพานในห้างที่มีความสดใหม่และคุณภาพดี Katsu Midori ถือเป็นหนึ่งในตัวเลือกที่น่าสนใจมากๆ โดยเฉพาะสาขาที่ The Promenade ที่ผมมีโอกาสไปลองมาแล้วประทับใจมากเลยครับ เทคนิคสำคัญที่อยากแชร์สำหรับคนที่ไม่อยากรอนานคือการจองคิวผ่านแอป QueQ ซึ่งต้องจับจองคิวในช่วงเวลาที่ร้านเปิดพอดี เพื่อที่จะได้คิวไม่ไกลเกินไป เพราะขนาดผมจองคิวตอนร้านเปิดยังได้หมายเลข 47 ซึ่งถือว่าคิวเยอะ แต่พอไปถึงถึงแม้จะเลยหมายเลขไปแล้วก็ยังได้รับการดูแลดีและได้เข้าร้านทันที ถือว่าองค์กรจัดการดีและคิวไม่รอนานอย่างที่คิด เรื่องรสชาติต้องบอกว่าซูชิที่นี่สดจริงๆ ทั้งแซลมอนที่ชิ้นใหญ่ เนื้อลายชัดเจน พร้อมมันแทรกที่อร่อย กุ้งหวานจับโบ้ที่เนื้อหวานแน่น ตัวใหญ่แต่ไม่คาว แต่อยากแนะนำให้เลี่ยงส่วนหัวของกุ้งเพราะคาวเล็กน้อย เมนูซูชิอกเป็ดเป็นอะไรที่หลายคนอาจจะสงสัย แต่พอได้ลองแล้วชอบมาก นุ่มและไม่มีความคาวทำให้รสชาติกลมกล่อม ส่วนซูชิยำแซลมอนซีฟู้ดก็เป็นเมนูแซ่บๆ ที่แม้จะเผ็ดน้อยแต่เปรี้ยวหวานถูกใจคนชอบรสจัด ข้อเสียเล็กน้อยคือวาซาบิที่นี่ค่อนข้างแรง ต้องแตะนิดเดียวเท่านั้น เพราะถ้าเยอะไปจะฉุนจนชวนมึนหัว แต่สำหรับสายวาซาบิรับรองว่าได้รสเต็มๆ อย่างแน่นอน ราคาโดยรวมถือว่าโอเคมาก กินไปทั้งหมด 17 จานในราคา 1,111 บาท ถือว่าคุ้มกับคุณภาพและบริการที่ได้รับ นอกจากเมนูที่กล่าวไปแล้วยังมีพิซซ่าญี่ปุ่นและเมนูพิเศษอื่นๆ ที่น่าสนใจสำหรับคนอยากลองเมนูใหม่ๆ ด้วย หากใครชื่นชอบซูชิสดใหม่ ราคาน่ารัก และชอบบรรยากาศร้านนั่งสบาย Katsu Midori สาขา The Promenade เป็นตัวเลือกที่ควรไปลองดูสักครั้งจริงๆ นะครับ ทั้งนี้ถ้าคุณเตรียมตัวจองคิวและเผื่อเวลามาถึงร้านได้ถูกต้อง จะช่วยให้คุณไม่ต้องรอนานและเพลิดเพลินกับการกินซูชิอย่างเต็มที่เลยครับ!
