As I have traveled this healing journey, I've had to face some harsh truths about myself. By the grace of God, go I, has been a footing when I stumbled.

I was willing to look at all the parts of me, too, forgive pieces of me that didn't know better. letting go is the final step towards that mental cage. I did it, I'm doing it daily, and my intentions are to continue to.
