💬 Procedures and Methods: Contact the 2nd floor medical records, file a petition, write a petition sheet and the agent will walk to pay at 300 baht and then hold the receipt and document back to the original place, then the agent will make an appointment within 3-15 days and ask whether to pick it up or send a spy. We ask if the agent will send it for a long time? The agent says it takes 3-7 days more and has a coordinated procedure before sending it again. We think it's definitely a long time, so come to pick it up ourselves.

จากประสบการณ์ขอประวัติการรักษาที่สถาบันการแพทย์จักรีนฤบดินทร์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ รพ.รามาธิบดีจักรีนฤบดินทร์ สิ่งที่อยากแนะนำเพิ่มเติมเพื่อให้ผู้ที่จะมาติดต่อสะดวกมากขึ้น คือ ควรโทรสอบถามกับทางโรงพยาบาลล่วงหน้าทุกครั้งเพราะแต่ละโรงพยาบาลหรือแต่ละสาขาอาจมีกระบวนการและเอกสารที่แตกต่างกัน รวมถึงการชำระเงินค่าขอประวัติ รพ.นี้ใช้เป็นเงินสด 300 บาทโดยต้องชำระที่การเงินก่อน แล้วนำใบเสร็จไปยื่นต่อเจ้าหน้าที่เวชระเบียนชั้น 2 ที่จอดรถบนอาคารของโรงพยาบาลนั้นถือว่าสะดวกมาก โดยเฉพาะในวันธรรมดาที่คนไม่หนาแน่น สามารถหาที่จอดได้ง่ายและเดินตามป้ายเชื่อมเข้าอาคารอย่างชัดเจน ไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องการเดินทางภายในโรงพยาบาล ส่วนเวลาเปิดทำการเวชระเบียนที่เป็นวันและเวลายาวถึง 19:00 น. หรือเช้าวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ ก็ช่วยให้สามารถยื่นขอใช้บริการได้อย่างยืดหยุ่นตามตารางชีวิตของแต่ละคน อีกจุดสำคัญคือระยะเวลารอรับเอกสารประวัติการรักษา โดยโรงพยาบาลแจ้งว่าจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 3-15 วัน แต่ถ้ารับเองที่เวชระเบียนสามารถเร่งได้ภายใน 3 วัน ซึ่งเป็นข้อดีมากสำหรับคนที่ต้องใช้เอกสารด่วน เช่นในการทำประกันสุขภาพ ฉะนั้นใครไม่สะดวกรอส่งไปรษณีย์ แนะนำไปรับเองตอนที่เจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งโทรนัดเพื่อความรวดเร็ว สุดท้ายข้อแนะนำเล็ก ๆ ที่ช่วยให้ processo ขอประวัติการรักษาราบรื่น คือการเตรียมเอกสารให้ครบถ้วน พร้อมปากกาสำหรับเขียนใบคำร้อง และหากเป็นตัวแทนประกันหรือผู้อื่นควรเตรียมเอกสารมอบอำนาจหรือหนังสือรับรองให้เรียบร้อยก่อนเดินทางมา เพื่อความสะดวกและรวดเร็วในการดำเนินการ รวมถึงอย่าลืมเตรียมเงินสดสำหรับค่าธรรมเนียม และเวลาสั้น ๆ ภายใต้ 15 นาทีสำหรับขั้นตอนยื่นขอประวัติจะช่วยลดความกังวลและทำให้ประสบการณ์นี้ง่ายขึ้นมาก
