Life has been "Lifing...but Im still here! 🫶
“Behind on posting… not behind in purpose.
Life has been full—work, family, health, reading, writing… all of it.
Some seasons aren’t about being visible…
they’re about being present.
I’m still here. 💜”
Life is often a complex balancing act between numerous responsibilities, such as work, family, health, and personal interests like reading and writing. From my own experience, I’ve found that some of the most challenging seasons come when everything feels overwhelming, and it’s easy to lose sight of the present moment. During these times, posting on social media or maintaining constant visibility can feel impossible or even unnecessary. Instead, focusing on presence — truly engaging with each part of life as it unfolds — provides a deeper sense of fulfillment. For example, parenting demands alone can consume all your energy, leaving little time for self-care or creative pursuits. Yet, acknowledging that these moments are temporary and honoring them fully can help us maintain our mental and emotional balance. Reading has been a particularly grounding activity for me, offering brief escapes of calm and opportunities to nourish my mind amid life’s hectic pace. Health is another crucial area where being present matters. Whether managing chronic conditions or simply prioritizing well-being, tuning into how our bodies feel and what they need can transform the way we navigate daily challenges. It’s important to remember that being busy is not the same as being productive or purpose-driven; sometimes, slowing down is exactly what we need. Work, family, health, reading, writing—they all weave together into a complex tapestry of life’s fullness. Despite the busyness, I remind myself that I’m still here, still moving forward, and that’s what truly counts. Sharing these reflections reminds me and others in similar seasons that it’s okay to step back, be present, and trust that purpose continues to grow even in quieter moments.
