Hello, let me share our experience of having our first home with my girlfriend.# Our first house

House chooses people... we really believe that.

This house for us and my girlfriend is very fateful.

We and our girlfriend started watching each other from the 2nd year.

Because we both work in Bangkok and see the future together, if one day we get married, life will take BMA.

Having a home therefore became the goal of both of us.

Then began to patrol the house seriously.

Until we finally found this house, our house. 🏡

Actually, I was looking at another house that day and was on my way back because it was so cold.

But the damn hand pushed to open Facebook for fun, and this house bounced up on the feed page exactly. From the second-hand home release page.

Don't believe it... just see the picture. The heart feels "yes" immediately.

The fate is right, the location is pleasant, and the price is still in reach.

It seems that there is something that really inspired us to want to see this house. Secretly called the seller, because at that time he threw in almost six o'clock. I thought that the cell might be inconvenient to open the house to see... but the house chose people. In summary, the seller opened to see the house ~ 😂 Reserve it that day very quickly.

📣 why this house?

Our house is a used house, about 40 years old.

At first, I accepted that I wanted a house.

But from two years of patrols, I know that if you recover, you may be able to relax, but you're pretty tight, and you have to retreat. 😅

Finally, talk to my girlfriend that

So we look at a good second-hand house and answer our life problems.

This house passed all the conditions we set.

There are 4 main conditions.

1️⃣ Near work, no more than 10 km.

Don't want to waste time on the road

- This house is 6 km from our office.

- 3 km from my boyfriend's office.

This is the most pleasant.

2️⃣. Cute price. Relaxable.

It's hard to relax two people for three ends.

3️⃣ The environment is good and safe.

The alley is not busy. Every neighbor is cute.

4️⃣ Complete facilities

- The alley has 7-11.

- There's a cafe in the middle of the alley.

- Near 2 hospitals (within a radius of 3-6 km)

- Near the light green line railway station, one ride to Siam 2.5 km (Win ride to BTS ~ 3 km)

- There's a restaurant at the end of the alley.

- About 5 km near the airport.

So it's the house that really answers our life problems.

📣 the housekeeping mission began.

2.1 Wear the Spirit Intiria (Essential)

Since we got the house, we immediately began to paint in our heads what angles to decorate to the lifestyle.

To decide which point to build in and which point to use ferloy, we came to the conclusion that

👉 Hanging cabinet in the kitchen.

When we wanted to do it, we started contacting various Bin-In companies for an appraisal. All of you who contacted the price will be around 15X, XXX and above. I admit that it is secretly troubling because we have a limited budget.

There is still an allowance to buy electrical appliances and other necessities.

I'm starting to take it down until finally... heaven comes, please. ✨

We found a post in the group showing off the house.

That post made us realize

👉 "cheap and good" pinyon mechanic exists.

We immediately contacted Uncle Mechanic. He was childish, folk style. Very kind.

It took quite a long time to wait for a reply. I thought the queue would be really tight.

But we are not discouraged, say hello to each other, call some until finally the uncle is so soft-hearted, haha.

We sent all four points of Bi-in details at a valuation of 9X, XXX baht, including all wages and materials.

Oh, my mother. 😱

You don't have to think for a long time. OK, do it immediately.

Anyone who has ever found a Bi In company will know that

This price is "very cute, really."

The conclusion is that the mechanic's uncle took the job.

But have to wait in line for about a month.

Late contact Aug 68 has started doing Oct.

We don't rush in, so we can wait comfortably.

(This price to wait another 3 months is still allowed, haha)

Uncle Mechanic accepted work throughout Thailand too.

Before our queue, Uncle went to make a house in Chiang Mai.

While waiting for a month

We went on to find furniture and electrical appliances.

🥰 last, this house may not be big, not luxurious, or perfect in many people's eyes.

But for us and our girlfriends, it's a home that comes out of gradual planning.

Let's think, make decisions, and build one step at a time with our own two hands.

Every corner of this house may not be the most expensive.

But full of determination, effort.
