DIY Charm Necklace
Lately I’ve been obsessed with charm necklaces. I feel like a lot of jewelry nowadays is basic and mass produced in slightly different styles so I love how charm necklaces can be personalized.
I went to my local Hobby Lobby and Michael’s to collect my supplies: chain, charms, jump rings, and jewelry pliers. (Optional: pick up some earring hooks and extra clasps to make a bracelet and earrings.)
1. Lay out all your charms and find a pattern that looks good.
2. Cut your chain to the appropriate length. Mine was 30” so I had to cut quite a bit off. I had plenty left over for a bracelet and dangle earrings.
3. Find the center of your chain and use your pliers to start attaching your charms.
4. Show it off your necklace!

I chose to make the earrings different just because I liked the look and the flow of all the different elements.
