การได้ไปเยือนเขาค้อจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ครั้งล่าสุด ผมได้มีโอกาสแวะทานอาหารที่ร้านรสขิงเขา ร้านอาหารที่ผสมผสานความอร่อยของอาหารไทยพื้นบ้าน พร้อมบรรยากาศที่อบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง พิกัดร้านติดกับ 7-11 แคมป์สนซึ่งเดินทางสะดวกมาก ร้านนี้มีเมนูให้เลือกหลากหลาย เหมาะสำหรับทุกคนที่ชอบชิมอาหารจานเดียว รสชาติจัดจ้านอย่างลงตัว เช่น ข้าวผัดคะน้าหมูกรอบที่หมูกรอบกรุบกรอบเข้ากันได้ดีกับข้าวผัดหอมกลิ่นกระทะ อีกเมนูที่ประทับใจคือผัดไทกุ้งสด กุ้งตัวใหญ่และสดมาก เพิ่มความอร่อยด้วยถั่วลิสงคั่ว กุ้งแห้ง และมะนาว ช่วยให้เมนูนี้มีรสชาติกลมกล่อมสุดๆ นอกจากนี้ยังมีข้าวผัดกระเพราหมูสับและไก่ที่รสชาติเข้มข้น เผ็ดพอเหมาะเหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่ชื่นชอบอาหารรสจัด และปีกไก่ทอดที่กรอบนอกนุ่มใน น้ำจิ้มก็เข้ากันได้อย่างดี ตลอดเวลาที่นั่งทานรู้สึกเหมือนได้พักผ่อนในบรรยากาศธรรมชาติที่ล้อมรอบด้วยภูเขาและอากาศบริสุทธิ์ของเขาค้อ ร้านรสขิงเขาเปิดตั้งแต่เช้า ถึงบ่าย โดยปิดวันพุธ หากใครวางแผนไปเที่ยววัดผาซ่อนแก้ว แนะนำแวะมาลองชิมอาหารให้ครบทุกเมนูเด็ด เพราะนอกจากรสชาติที่ถูกปากแล้ว ยังได้สัมผัสบรรยากาศดี ๆ ของเขาค้ออีกด้วย สำหรับคนที่ชอบถ่ายรูปบรรยากาศร้านยังมีมุมเก๋ ๆ ให้ได้ถ่ายรูปแชร์ลงโซเชียลได้อีกด้วย
