ถ้าใครกำลังเสิร์ชหา “ร้านสุกี้ช้างเผือก บรรทัดทอง” หรือสงสัยว่า “สุกี้ช้างเผือก รสชาติเป็นยังไง” อันนี้ขอเล่าประสบการณ์แบบคนไปกินจริงให้ละเอียดขึ้นค่ะ เผื่อช่วยตัดสินใจได้ง่ายขึ้น อย่างแรกที่ชอบของสาขาบรรทัดทองคือกลิ่น “หอมกระทะ” มาเต็มตั้งแต่เดินผ่านหน้าร้าน ครัวเป็นแนวเปิด เห็นพนักงานผัดหลายกระทะพร้อมกัน เลยรู้สึกว่าเสิร์ฟค่อนข้างไว (ช่วงที่เราไปดึกๆ คือไม่ต้องลุ้นนาน) บรรยากาศในร้านเป็นห้องแอร์ มี 2 ชั้น นั่งสบาย เหมาะกับวันที่อยากกินของร้อนๆแต่ไม่อยากนั่งข้างทาง เรื่องรสชาติ: จุดเด่นของสุกี้แห้งที่นี่คือซอสเคลือบวุ้นเส้นแบบนัวๆ ไม่ใช่แนวเอาน้ำจิ้มเทรวมแล้วผัด รสออกกลมกล่อม เข้มข้น เค็มหวานกำลังดี และมีความหอมไหม้นิดๆจากกระทะ วุ้นเส้นหนึบ ไม่เละง่าย ส่วนผักกาดขาวคือสุกแบบพอดี กรอบแต่ไม่ดิบ ใครที่ไม่ชอบผักกรอบมากๆ สามารถบอกให้ “ผักนุ่มกว่าปกติ” ได้ (เราเคยขอแล้วรู้สึกว่าเข้าทางมาก) เมนูที่อยากแนะนำสำหรับมือใหม่: ถ้าไม่รู้จะเริ่มจากอะไร ให้เริ่มที่ “สุกี้แห้งเนื้อ” เพราะได้ความหอมและรสนัวชัดสุด แต่ถ้าไม่กินเนื้อก็เลือกหมู/ไก่ได้เลย เบสรสชาติคล้ายกันต่างกันที่ความนุ่มของโปรตีน ส่วนสายทะเล (กุ้ง/หมึก) จะได้ความหวานธรรมชาติเพิ่มขึ้น กินคู่กับน้ำจิ้มสุกี้คือครบมาก ราคาและความคุ้ม: โดยรวมราคาเริ่มต้นประมาณ 85–139 บาทตามที่หน้าร้านแจ้ง (ขึ้นกับชนิด/ท็อปปิ้ง) ถือว่าคุ้มถ้าเทียบกับปริมาณและความเร็วในการเสิร์ฟ แนะนำให้สั่งน้ำดื่มเผื่อไว้ เพราะสุกี้แห้งรสเข้มข้นกินเพลินมาก ทริคไปกินให้แฮปปี้: ถ้าเลี่ยงคนเยอะได้ ลองไปช่วงดึกหน่อย (เราไปประมาณ 22:00 เข้าได้เลยหลายครั้ง) แต่ถ้าไปช่วงหัวค่ำแถวบรรทัดทองอาจคึกคักมากอยู่แล้ว เผื่อเวลาไว้จะชิลกว่า สรุปสั้นๆ ใครอยากลองสุกี้ช้างเผือกที่กรุงเทพฯ สาขาบรรทัดทองเป็นตัวเลือกที่กินง่าย รสชัด หอมกระทะ ร้านนั่งสบาย และเหมาะทั้งสายเนื้อ สายหมู ไก่ หรือทะเลค่ะ
