- Senior year medical student (still studying)
- Working in a real hospital. There's a patient, out patient, on night duty.
- Not a full doctor. There'll be a nanny.
- Not paid a salary yet.

🩺 Intern doctor.
- It's a graduate doctor. It's called "Doctor Intern."
- Work as a full doctor. There's an on-and-off examination. Night duty.
- There's a doctor who's been working because of his first year.
- There are loops along different wards each month to learn to work.
- Has a professional certificate. Receives both salary and carpool.
