A little disclaimer: I listed the “girly things”; anybody could use them, regardless of gender. I’m going from my preferences as a younger me to now, and most of it is how society deemed it while I was growing up. I disagree that an object has an assigned gender, like having blue monster trucks leaning toward boys and pink Barbie leaning toward girls.
Growing up, I hated all things cute, sparkly, pink, and dresses. I’m glad that I grew out of it, yet it made me question my gender identity a lot. I remember telling my mom I was a boy because I wasn’t like the other girls who cared about their appearance. I still don’t appreciate everything God gave me, but I'm learning to love myself (I would say “again” right there, but that would imply that I did before).
I may make a part 2 because I’ve found many more things I enjoy than I could fit in 10 photos!
