This was fun and disappointing at the same time. Facility was a 8/10 it looked cool and had so many cool things to see But the beds were uncomfortable, the A/C was wonky, and the pillows were absolutely terrible. they also don’t really have anything special about their rooms for such a big price. Staff and hospitality was a 6/10 4 knocked down because they are not accommodating and most staff members other than the pool area were not very friendly The pool area 8/10 it was fun and mostly salt water. The bad thing not enough space to sit and overly crowded with kids literally bonking you in the head with floaties. Also nothing was deep at all it was a water park clearly made for kids 10 or younger. When i say small i mean this place was pretty tiny. It isn’t like the Kalahari that is rather big. Price wise …as it worth it…4/10 to be honest this particular one was not worth the price and we will not be going back. If i am going to spend those prices i might as well go to the Kalihari or the Epic Waters place. they are bigger and more accommodating . Th food over priced, games were overpriced, and the gift shop…forget about it. Anyways, coming from someone like myself always looking for a deal…this was not a good one. Overall it was a 5.5/10 Over price, overcrowded, will steal your money. If given the chance, and not made for people taller than 4 foot. I mean if you have little kids who don’t care about what or where they are and just want to swim…this is a good place to go …with a coupon lol.
