Witchy Money Powder

... Read moreHey everyone! I've had so many of you ask about easy ways to bring more abundance into your life, especially if you're just starting out with money magick. My 'Witchy Money Powder' is one of my absolute go-to rituals, and it’s super beginner-friendly. It’s a wonderful alternative to just cinnamon for those monthly abundance boosts! Let me walk you through how I make my own potent Witchy Money Powder right here at home. You don't need a ton of fancy ingredients, just a few readily available items and a clear intention. What you'll need: Cinnamon: A classic for drawing in prosperity and speeding things up. I use ground cinnamon from my spice rack. Basil (dried): Known for attracting wealth and success. A small sprinkle is all you need. Bay Leaf (crushed): For wishes and manifestation. Just crumble a dried leaf or two. Green Glitter or Mica Powder (optional): This adds visual appeal and reinforces the energy of money and growth. Just a tiny pinch! A pinch of Salt (optional): I like to add a tiny bit of sea salt for protection, ensuring my abundance comes from positive, ethical sources. A small mortar and pestle or a clean spice grinder. A small jar or pouch: For storing your magical powder. How to make your Witchy Money Powder: Gather your ingredients: Choose a time when you feel calm, positive, and focused. Some people like to do this during a new moon for new beginnings or a waxing moon to draw things in, but any time you feel ready is good. Set your intention: Before you begin, clearly state what you want to attract. For example, you might say aloud or to yourself, "I create this powder to attract financial stability, unexpected opportunities, and abundant blessings into my life." Visualize money flowing easily and joyfully to you. Grind your ingredients: If you're using whole herbs like bay leaf, crush them finely first. Then, combine all your chosen ingredients in your mortar and pestle (or grinder). As you grind, continue to focus on your intention, pouring your energy and desires into the powder. You're charging it with your will! Charge it up (optional but recommended): Once your powder is mixed, you can hold the jar in your hands, close your eyes, and visualize green or gold light flowing into it, energizing it with prosperity. Some like to place it under a green candle (safely, on a fire-proof surface!) or on an altar for a day to absorb more positive energy. How to use your Money Powder: This is the fun part! I love using my Witchy Money Powder at the beginning of each month, just like the original post mentioned, but you can use it whenever you feel a need for a financial boost: Doorway Dusting: Take a small pinch of the powder. Stand at your front door (from the inside), open it slightly, and gently blow the powder outwards, saying something like, "Abundance flows into my home easily and effortlessly!" or "Welcome, prosperity, into my life!" As you do this, truly feel the energy of money coming towards you. Wallet/Purse Boost: Sprinkle a tiny amount into your wallet, purse, or even your bank card slot to keep money flowing your way. Candle Dressing: Mix a bit of the powder with a carrier oil (like olive or almond oil) and anoint a green candle before lighting it, focusing on your financial goals. Always supervise burning candles. Altar Offering: Place a small dish of the powder on your abundance altar or a special place where you keep items related to prosperity. Remember, magick works best when paired with practical action. This Witchy Money Powder is a tool to align your energy and open doors, but it’s important to also look for opportunities, manage your finances wisely, and work towards your goals. This isn't just a spell; it's a powerful reminder of your intentions and your ability to manifest wealth. Give it a try and let me know how it works for you!
