Coaching feedback🌸✨

Today I got my weekly feedback from my coach, and honestly, I needed to hear it. ❤️

I’m down 2.8 pounds this week and almost 10 pounds overall. Sometimes I get so focused on what I didn’t do that I forget to acknowledge how far I’ve come.

Even with a stressful week and a lot going on personally, I still completed every workout. That’s a win.

This week’s goals are simple: hit 8,500 steps a day, stop skipping meals, and keep building on the habits I’ve been creating.

The hardest part for me right now is still getting my steps in on non-gym days. It’s easy to stay comfortable and tell myself I’ll do it later. But if I want different results, I have to make different choices.

So this week, I’m committing to trying harder. More walks, more movement, and more consistency. Not perfection, just progress. 💪

I’ve found that focusing on small, achievable daily goals—like reaching 8,500 steps—helps me maintain momentum even when life gets hectic. Tracking my progress has been particularly motivating; seeing that I’ve lost 2.8 pounds this week and nearly 10 pounds overall reminds me that every effort counts. One struggle I relate to is getting enough steps on non-gym days. It’s tempting to skip those extra walks and delay activity until later, but I’ve realized that the key to change is consistency, not waiting for the “perfect” moment. On days when I can’t hit my gym routine, I try to incorporate more movement in simple ways—taking short walks during breaks or choosing stairs instead of elevators. These habits have made a big difference. A surprising insight I’ve learned is how skipping meals negatively affects my energy and motivation. By prioritizing balanced meals, I can better support my workout recovery and overall mood. The balance between pushing myself to improve and allowing room for progress instead of perfection has been transformative. It’s empowering to acknowledge not just the pounds lost but the positive changes I’m building into my daily routine. If you’re on a similar journey, I encourage you to set clear, manageable goals each week. Celebrate each workout completed, each step taken, and every healthy meal enjoyed. Remember, progress is a series of consistent decisions—more walks, more movement, and building lasting habits that carry you forward.
