the coloured contacts you should buy in Japan 🇯🇵

I love the chu's me daily lenses so much, I've repurchased Lily Beige and Mood Greige so many times.

These definitely lean on the more natural side and I would recommend them if you're looking for lenses with a more translucent colours.

Depending on where you buy these, they're around 1700 yen for 10 lenses. I've found them at Donki and various drugstores, but if you're not visiting Japan you can get them at Push Color Global.

Most lenses here come with a diameter of around 13.5mm, which enhances your eyes without looking unnatural. The balance of warm and cool tones in options like Mood Greige means they flatter various skin tones. While Chu's Me offers fantastic daily lenses, they also provide monthly, blue light filter, and toric lenses for more specialized needs. For those who prefer a slightly tinted green, the Tear Olive shade is a lovely choice that still maintains a natural appearance. Shopping in Japan, you can find these lenses in drugstores like Donki, but international fans can also purchase them online via services like Push Color Global. Pricing generally hovers around 1700 yen for ten lenses, making them an accessible option for anyone seeking quality colored lenses. When trying colored contacts, comfort is key. Chu's Me lenses boast a high moisture content (58%), which helps prevent dryness even during long wear. This has been my personal experience — they stay comfortable throughout the day, unlike some other brands I've tried. If you want to mix up your look occasionally, the Choco Brown shade offers a more opaque, eye-enlarging effect, though it can feel a bit dramatic. For everyday use, I find the natural beige and greige tones are more versatile. Lastly, don't forget proper lens care and hygiene to protect your eye health. Even the most beautifully crafted lenses require responsible use. Overall, Japanese colored contacts offer a great way to subtly enhance your eyes with style and comfort.
