Knock Out Bottle

My son has been waking up frequently at night lately, and I was struggling to find a solution while feeling exhausted from lack of sleep. I initially tried giving him a bottle of water, believing he might be thirsty, but it quickly became a nightly routine without any improvement.

Then I had an idea: I started giving him a bottle filled with formula, pure foods, and cereal (you can use rice or oatmeal) right before bed. To my delight, he slept through the night! This turned out to be the best decision I could have made!

isn’t it so much easier to just make a normal bottle? without all the extra stuff?

Or to lower the choking risk, give your baby his normal bottle, then mix the cereal and baby food together and spoon feed him it.
