At first I thought, "Well, it's just a little rest," but when the symptoms got more frequent, itchy, swollen, and tired, 🙄 started to realize that it wasn't a joke. Some days I ate just a pea, a stab rash, 🫘🔥 walked out, found a little dust, a non-stop runny nose, ☁️💨 like it wasn't me who controlled the body, but the body that controlled me instead. 😂

The main thing to do is

✨ Avoid allergenic foods or environments (need to observe yourself).

✨ use masks when going out, especially dusty days.

✨ carry a rash remedy or anaphylaxis for emergencies.

✨ Clean the house often to reduce dust accumulation.

✨ Drinking lots of water reduces irritation inside the body.

But in the end... guessing is not the answer, 🤷🏻‍♀️ because each person has a different allergy, and sometimes the "little" symptoms can be a major sign of chronic allergies. 🫣
