How to Dry Brush Rookie Edition (Follow Very Easy!) 🤩
1. Remove: Remove food waste first (strong water or floss)
2.Brush: Squeeze toothpaste on a dry brush. Brush for 2 minutes.
3.Spit: "Spit but not spit." Spit out enough excess bubbles. No need to wash water accordingly.
The brush is finished and refrains from drinking water or eating snacks for 30 minutes to make the enamel as dense as possible.
