I've found prompts like "What are my core values and how do I live them daily?" or "What qualities do I admire most in myself?" really help. Another one I love asking myself is, "If I could spend a day doing anything, what would it be and what does that reveal about my passions?". Sometimes we get so caught up in what we should be, we forget to explore who we *are*. Then there are grounding journal prompts – these are my go-to when I feel overwhelmed or disconnected.
