For the little ones!

Universal can be a little difficult when finding rides for the younger ones.Child swap helps a lot, and it's a better process to do it at Universal than Disney if you can believe it! However, little ones need some room to run around and feel the fun the older ones are having as well. The opening of DreamWorks land is an updated version of what Universal once had that included Barney and Woody the Woodpecker-a welcomed gesture! I can't wait to bring the kiddos! Summer 2024 is looking like a good time to do a Disney/Universal trip!

... Read moreWhen planning a visit to Universal Studios Orlando, especially with younger children in tow, DreamWorks Land offers a fresh, engaging environment tailored for family fun. Set to open in Summer 2024, this expansion reimagines the experiences Universal once provided, such as the beloved Barney and Woody the Woodpecker attractions. With a variety of rides and play areas designed specifically for smaller guests, children can explore, play, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere created by their favorite DreamWorks characters. The child swap program at Universal is particularly valuable for families. It allows one adult to wait with a child while another rides, then swap without queuing again. This system is more efficient compared to similar options at Disney, making it easier for families to enjoy attractions together. Parents planning a trip should check out forums and reviews from other families who have visited DreamWorks Land. Platforms like #travelwithkids and #universalstudios orlando offer insights into the best attractions for young visitors. Additionally, consider the timing of your visit—weekdays during non-peak seasons may provide a more enjoyable experience with shorter wait times. Remember to take advantage of interactive play zones and character meet-and-greets unique to DreamWorks Land. Engaging your kids in these activities can make your trip memorable and fun, ensuring they feel part of the Universal magic. Make this upcoming summer one to remember by planning a family adventure filled with laughter, excitement, and cherished memories.
