For Mexican food lovers, Papi's Tacos in Tanjong Pagar offers great burritos but the rest of the menu, like the fish taco, didn’t meet expectations due to portion size and presentation. A delightful find was Keming Bing Sat at Plaza Singapura, where the cha can ting style egg bread with cheese filling was unexpectedly charming and delicious.
