Don’t get me started on how multiple African leaders have said the only reason they use the phrases ‘communism’ or ‘Marxism’ is because they are trying to navigate predominantly white institutions. Indigenous African governance is not communist, that’s just the only word they had at the time to explain and legitimize it to European colonial interests. I am begging you to understand context and nuance and actually see the mechanisms of nercopolitical power.
