When having to live with people who hate us.. How to make our hearts not broken?🤬😩✅😊

☘️ being with someone who hates us doesn't always mean we have to make him like us.

☘️ is to maintain peace and self-worth without letting that relationship overbite everyday life.

Many times the suffering is heavier because we keep thinking,

"What does he think of us" all the time?

Change to try to draw good positive energy back to focus on

* Someone who's nice to us

* Own work / goals

* Mind and physical health

Don't kneel, prove yourself forever. Some people forgive. Some don't, but we can still live.

✅ If the other side tries to hurt our reputation or threaten us,

การอยู่ร่วมกับคนที่เกลียดเราอาจเป็นสถานการณ์ที่ยากและท้าทายอย่างมาก โดยส่วนตัวผมเคยเจอสถานการณ์แบบนี้ในที่ทำงานและบ้าน ซึ่งทำให้รู้สึกเครียดและกดดันใจเป็นอย่างมาก สิ่งที่ช่วยได้จริงไม่ใช่การพยายามเปลี่ยนใจคนเหล่านั้น แต่เป็นการตั้งขอบเขตและรักษาความสงบภายในใจของตัวเอง ประโยชน์อย่างหนึ่งของการได้ฝึกอยู่กับคนที่ไม่ชอบเรา คือเราจะได้เรียนรู้วิธีรับมือกับความขัดแย้งและฝึกความอดทนที่แท้จริง เมื่อเจอคนที่มีบุคลิกลักษณะหรือความคิดต่างกับเรา สิ่งสำคัญคืออย่าเข้าใจผิดว่าความไม่ชอบนั้นสะท้อนคุณค่าของตัวเรา พยายามแยกให้ออกว่า "เขาไม่ชอบเรา" ไม่ได้หมายความว่าเรานั้นไร้ค่า ในสถานการณ์จริง ควรรักษาท่าทีสุภาพและแสดงออกแบบมืออาชีพให้มากที่สุด โดยเฉพาะในที่ทำงานหรือโรงเรียน เช่น คุยเฉพาะเรื่องจำเป็น ตอบคำถามอย่างชัดเจนและกระชับ หลีกเลี่ยงการประชดประชันหรือเผชิญหน้าแบบตรงๆ และไม่เปิดโอกาสให้เกิดดราม่า นอกจากนี้ควรใช้การเว้นระยะจากคนที่พยายามทำร้ายจิตใจเราถ้าเป็นไปได้ การปฏิเสธบทสนทนาที่ไม่จำเป็นก็ทำให้จิตใจเราปลอดโปร่งขึ้น อีกเรื่องที่เป็นประโยชน์มากคือการไม่ยึดติดกับความคิดของคนอื่นจนทำให้ชีวิตเราแย่เกินไป หลีกเลี่ยงการโฟกัสที่ว่า "เขาคิดอย่างไรกับเรา" และหันกลับมาโฟกัสที่เป้าหมายและคนที่รักเราแทน เช่น งานที่กำลังทำ ความฝันที่อยากบรรลุ คนในชีวิตที่ให้กำลังใจ รวมถึงการดูแลสุขภาพกายและใจให้ดี ถ้าเราทำผิดพลาดจริง ๆ การขอโทษด้วยความจริงใจและเดินหน้าต่อไปก็เป็นหนทางหนึ่งที่ทำให้ใจเราไม่ติดอยู่กับความผิดและสามารถก้าวไปข้างหน้าได้ แต่หากพบว่าคนตรงข้ามพยายามทำร้ายชื่อเสียงหรือคุกคาม จงอย่ากดดันตัวเองเก็บเรื่องราวไว้ การเก็บหลักฐานและขอความช่วยเหลือจากผู้มีอำนาจ เช่น หัวหน้า HR หรือคนในครอบครัวที่ไว้ใจได้ จะช่วยปกป้องตัวเราได้มากขึ้น สุดท้ายนี้ เป้าหมายที่ดีที่สุดไม่ใช่การทำให้คนที่เกลียดเรารักเรา แต่มันคือการที่เราอยู่ตรงนั้นได้โดยที่ใจเราไม่พัง ไม่ถูกกินจนอ่อนแอ การฝึกใจให้มีพลังบวกและตั้งเป้าหมายของชีวิตให้ชัดเจนจะช่วยทำให้เราผ่านช่วงเวลาที่แสนยากลำบากนี้ไปได้อย่างสง่างามและมีสุขภาพใจที่ดีขึ้น
