📚✨ Path to C.E. 3 | EP.2

Let's not just start with "do the paperwork," but let's start with "classroom."

During the third year of preparation, one of the things I began to understand more was...

We don't need to start by asking that.

❌ "What paperwork?"

But maybe it starts with the simple question,

💡 "What do we want to see our children change after this period?"

Once you get the answer, other things will start to follow.

1️⃣ clearly set learning goals.

Before making media or designing games, I will try to answer:

👉 After school, the child must "know what."

👉 Children have to "do anything."

👉 And how do we know that children "actually do it"?

because sometimes we have pretty much media The activities are very fun.

But without answering learning goals, it can become a fun activity and end.

2️⃣. Design activities for children to act.

I've been trying to reduce my teacher's speech lately.

And increase the time the child gets...

🗣️. Speak English.

👥 Working with friends.

🎲 Play games to practice the language.

💭 Think and solve problems.

🙋‍♀️. Present what you learned.

Because the best "proof of learning"

Not just a picture of a teacher standing to teach

But what shows that children are learning

3️⃣ Every activity should have a learning trail.

This is something that I am practicing to do as well.

A simple example, e.g.

🎫 Exit Ticket

📝 Student Worksheet / Workpiece

🎤 Speaking Task

📊 Assessment or Rubric.

📸 Activity footage

💬 Student Reflection

📋 teacher's post-teaching notes.

These are not only useful in the third century.

But it also allows us to come back and see

"The activities we design... make children develop, right?"

If we had to spend hours doing one piece of media,

And that medium can save many other teachers time.
