"wait, what was I doing?"✨

ADHD isn't just about paying attention. It's also about managing your day in a way that works with your brain instead of constantly fighting against it.

This is a preview of one of the many worksheets I'm creating for *The Overstimulated Mind*. It's designed to help you identify your top priorities, remember appointments, celebrate small wins, and make space for self care without adding more overwhelm.

You don't need a perfect planner. You need a system you'll actually use.

If you don't have a planner like this yet, grab a notebook and try this layout today. Sometimes the simplest tools make the biggest difference.

Would you use a planner designed specifically for ADHD and autistic adults?

... Read moreLiving with ADHD means that traditional planners often don't work well because they require a kind of sustained focus and organization that can feel overwhelming or impossible. from my personal experience, I found that using a daily organizer that breaks down the day into manageable segments really helps me stay on track. This kind of planner that includes sections for energy levels, top priorities, possible distractions, and reset strategies is incredibly supportive in creating a flexible yet structured day. One feature I love about this approach is allowing room for small wins and kindness toward oneself. Instead of trying to do everything perfectly, the focus is on progress and what truly matters each day. Setting realistic goals like “If I get my tasks done, I will reward myself with...” turns productivity into a motivational game rather than a stressor. I also found the act of writing down distractions and having a plan for when feeling overwhelmed, such as quick reset techniques, crucial. It reminds me that distraction and fatigue are natural, and preparing for them helps me bounce back more quickly. Using something as simple as a notebook with this layout can reduce the anxiety of traditional planners. It adapts to your personal rhythm — whether your energy peaks early or late — and respects neurodivergent needs. For anyone struggling with executive function challenges, I can’t recommend enough trying this planner style. It’s not about perfection, but about creating a system you love to use daily, which makes a significant difference in managing ADHD symptoms and boosting productivity.

I Thought God Was Making Me Wait... He Was Actually Preparing Me
