Pause for a moment and breathe🪬✨

I used to feel completely overwhelmed, constantly searching for a way to hit the 'pause' button on life. That's when I rediscovered the incredible power of just taking a deep breath. It sounds almost too simple, but trust me, it's been a game-changer for finding my personal calm. When I talk about 'PAUSE FOR A MOMENT AND BREATHE,' I'm not just talking about sighing. I mean intentional, mindful breathing that truly brings you back to your center. My go-to method is diaphragmatic breathing, often called belly breathing. Here’s how I do it: I find a quiet spot, sit comfortably, and place one hand on my chest and the other on my belly. As I inhale slowly through my nose, I focus on letting my belly rise, almost like a balloon inflating. The hand on my chest should ideally stay still. I count to four as I inhale, hold for a count of one or two, and then slowly exhale through my mouth, letting my belly fall, counting to six or even eight. This longer exhale is key for activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which is our body's natural 'rest and digest' mode. This practice isn't just about the mechanics of breathing; it's about learning to 'JUST BREATHE, RELAX, & RECEIVE.' For me, 'relax' means consciously letting go of tension with each exhale. I scan my body – my shoulders, jaw, forehead – and actively soften those areas. It’s amazing how much tension we hold without even realizing it! Then comes the 'receive' part, which I think is truly magical. It's about creating an open space within yourself. When I'm deeply relaxed and centered through my breath, I feel more connected to my intuition and a sense of universal positive energy. You know those moments when you just know something, or a brilliant idea pops into your head? That's what I consider 'ENERGETIC LIGHT CODES' – little whispers of wisdom or guidance. By allowing yourself to be open to receive, you're essentially tuning into a calmer, more insightful version of yourself. It's like clearing out the static so the clearer signals can come through. This openness also helps me to truly 'embrace vulnerability,' as I feel safer and more grounded in my own being. I try to incorporate these mini-breathwork healing sessions throughout my day. A few minutes in the morning sets a positive tone, a quick pause before a big meeting helps calm nerves, and a longer session before bed ensures a more restful sleep. It’s a simple form of meditation that doesn’t require any special equipment, just you and your breath. The beauty of this practice is that it's always available, a constant source of calm and rejuvenation. If you're feeling overwhelmed, I highly recommend finding your own rhythm with a deep breathing practice. It’s a powerful way to bring peace back into your life, one mindful breath at a time.
