My fastest attempt at chamber 3⚡️💧

... Read moreHey fellow Travelers! Ever wondered how to truly master Spiral Abyss Chamber 3 and shave seconds off your clear time? I recently pulled off one of my quickest runs yet, and I'm so excited to dive into the details of how my C6 Yelan and Clorinde absolutely crushed it! The Power Duo: C6 Yelan & Clorinde First off, let's talk about the stars of the show. C6 Yelan is an absolute game-changer. Her breakthrough barbs, especially with the extra Hydro application and damage from her C6, make her a powerhouse for both single-target and multi-target scenarios. She's not just a Hydro applicator; she’s a main DPS in disguise at this level! For this speedrun, I focused on maximizing her Burst damage with an Emblem of Severed Fate set and a Critical Rate/Damage weapon like Aqua Simulacra. Getting that Energy Recharge sweet spot is crucial to keep her Burst up constantly. Now, Clorinde. She's a fantastic fit for this team, bringing insane Electro damage to the field. Her rapid Electro application creates consistent Electro-Charged reactions with Yelan's Hydro, or even Vaporize if another Pyro character is in the mix. For Clorinde, I ran a 4-piece Thundering Fury set to boost her Electro damage and reaction damage, paired with a strong Crit weapon. Her rapid-fire attacks and strong burst make quick work of bosses. The synergy between them is incredible; Yelan sets up the Hydro, and Clorinde unleashes a storm of Electro. When you see "C6 YELAN AND CLORINDE" on the screen, you know it's time for some serious damage! Chamber 3 Boss Strategies: Golden Wolflord & Aeonblight Drake Chamber 3 often features tricky bosses like the Golden Wolflord and the Aeonblight Drake, as indicated by the "CHAMBER 3 SPEEDRUN" and boss names in the OCR. The Golden Wolflord can be a pain with its Geo shields. The key here is to bring enough Geo damage or rapid hits to break those shields quickly. While my team didn't have a dedicated Geo character, Yelan's rapid application and Clorinde's constant hits, combined with the right timing, can still make a dent. Plus, keeping an eye on the little Wolflord skulls it spawns is vital for massive damage windows. For the Aeonblight Drake, it’s all about hitting those weak points during specific phases. When it flies, targeting its head or wings with bow users (which Yelan can do!) or ranged attacks can bring it down fast. Once grounded, it's a prime target for Yelan and Clorinde's close-range devastating attacks. My goal was to push through these phases as quickly as possible, ensuring "Remaining challenge time longer than 180 sec." was a given! Refining Your Speedrun To achieve a lightning-fast "Challenge Completed" screen, consider your support characters. A powerful Anemo unit like Kazuha or Sucrose can group enemies and provide crucial Elemental Shred. A good shielder or healer can also ensure survivability, though in a speedrun, offense is often the best defense. Energy management is key – ensure your rotations feed enough energy to keep everyone's Bursts up. Practice makes perfect, and understanding boss attack patterns helps tremendously. Every second counts in a speedrun, and seeing that "Remaining challenge time longer than 420 sec." or even "longer than 300 sec." pop up is always satisfying!
