Going through PPD is definitely taking me up & down! I try to tell myself that it’s all in my head but when those breakdowns come, that’s when I think well maybe I do need help.. Thankfully I’m pushing through as hard as it may be, but all thanks be to God! 🙏

Sharing your journey, even in small ways, can be incredibly healing. Connecting with others who understand, using resources like therapy or support groups, and allowing yourself grace are essential steps. Remember, recovery isn’t linear, and each small victory counts, so be kind to yourself on this path.
