- I’ve watched this movie several times and it’s always intriguing every time I watch it. There’s a lot of trilling scenes and, just like the title, the two main leads have to figure out the mystery during 4th period!
2. Hello Monster (2015) (5/5⭐️)

4. 49 Days (2011) (5/5⭐️)
- 20 eps. / Romance / Melodrama / Supernatural
- The characters and storyline were well written and thought out. It’s more of a romance and supernatural kind of drama. The main female lead gets into a coma and gets a second chance. She must receive three teardrops that are genuine tears from those who are not family/blood related. I highly recommend this drama if you’re more into romance and melodramas.
5. Angry Mom (2015) (5/5⭐️)
- 16 eps. / Meladrama / Youth / Mystery
- I LOVE this drama! It’s a high school drama with mystery and darker sides of what the youth go through. A mother disguises and infiltrates in her daughter’s school to figure out what’s going on since her daughter has become troubled and needs hospitalization. I love Kim Yoo-young and Kim Hee-sun! They are amazing actresses! I highly highly recommend this drama! The characters and storyline make it an amazing watch! ❤️
Since some of these dramas are older, I’m not too sure where they can be watched. I would try searching on YouTube, Viki and/or Netflix. You can also check the usual sources that you use to watch dramas and movies and see if they are on there too.
Thank you for viewing and reading my first post! I love watching Asian dramas and movies and I hope I helped someone find something new to watch! ❤️

Okay, so while my initial post just scratched the surface of 'Hello Monster,' I really wanted to dive a bit deeper into why this K-drama truly stands out, especially for those who love intense psychological thrillers. When I first watched it, I was completely hooked by the intricate plot and the dynamic between the main characters, Lee Hyun and Cha Ji-an. The way they unravel mysteries is just *chef's kiss*. Speaking of mysteries, I know some of you might be curious about specific plot points, like the 'newcomer' aspect or those intense 'interrogation' scenes. 'Hello Monster' is brilliant at introducing new elements and characters that constantly shift your perception. I remember vividly how certain individuals would appear, seemingly out of nowhere, bringing a fresh perspective or, more often, a new layer of complication to the ongoing investigation. These 'newcomers' weren't just filler; they were critical pieces of the puzzle, sometimes even turning out to be more connected to the past than anyone initially realized. It kept me on the edge of my seat, constantly guessing their true intentions and allegiances. Was this 'newcomer' an ally, a suspect, or a long-lost connection? The drama played with these reveals beautifully, making every new face a potential game-changer. And the interrogations? Oh my goodness, they are a masterclass in psychological warfare! This isn't your typical 'good cop, bad cop' scenario. Instead, 'Hello Monster' delves into the minds of its characters during these high-stakes questioning sessions. You see Lee Hyun, with his genius profiling abilities, dissecting every word and every subtle non-verbal cue. The drama brilliantly portrays how an 'interrogation' isn't just about getting a confession but about understanding the psychology of the criminal – or sometimes, even the victim. There are moments where the line between interrogator and interrogated blur, especially when past traumas and unresolved issues come to light. The tension in these scenes is palpable. I recall thinking during one particular 'interrogation' how much was left unsaid, yet so much was communicated through the sheer intensity of the gaze and the carefully chosen words. It’s less about brute force and more about intellectual sparring, revealing secrets buried deep within the characters' psyches. The cast, as I mentioned, is phenomenal, and they truly bring these complex dynamics to life. Jang Nara and Seo In Guk have incredible chemistry, making their investigative partnership absolutely captivating. The series also has some incredible twists that make you rethink everything you thought you knew, particularly regarding the identities and motives of key players. If you're into dramas that make you think, that have morally ambiguous characters, and that feature thrilling 'interrogation' sequences and surprising 'newcomer' reveals, then 'Hello Monster' is an absolute must-watch. It's a 5/5 for me for a reason – it delivers on all fronts: mystery, thriller, and a deep dive into human psychology. You won't regret binging this one!
