I used to worry a lot about how my posts would be perceived, especially when they felt cringy in hindsight. It took away the pressure to be perfect and let me share content that truly reflects who I am. Moving on from cringe means giving yourself permission to be human and to keep creating despite imperfections. It’s liberating to post freely, knowing that not every viewer will relate—and that’s okay. If you find yourself hesitant to post because of embarrassment, try reframing those thoughts.
